December 28, 2021 at 1:00 pm
The Ministry of Finance presented preliminary information on the introduction of e-invoices. Companies will have to send each invoice issued to the tax office.
The obligation to send data will be set in stages:
- stage will concern business transactions carried out between the public sector and entrepreneurs, the so-called B2G (Business to Government) segment. This stage should be launched first, from 01.01.2022.
- stage will concern business transactions carried out between entrepreneurs, the so-called B2B (Business to Business) segment. This stage is tentatively planned for 01.01.2023.
- stage will concern business transactions carried out between entrepreneurs and their customers, the so-called B2C (Business to Consumer) segment. This stage is tentatively planned for 01.01.2023.
Just as we have integrated Hungarian e-invoices into our accounting systems, we will be preparing the integration for Slovak e-invoices as well.
